Sierra Verde Landscape
Deadline-first layout for a trade whose customers are on a statutory clock.
The brief
What this business needed.
A landscape contractor whose market was rewritten by statute. Nevada AB 356 requires non-functional turf to be removed from commercial, HOA and multifamily property by 1 January 2027, and the water authority pays a per-square-foot rebate for the conversion. Their customers are not shopping for landscaping — they are on a compliance clock and do not yet know what it costs. The old site sold mowing.
Components configured
- Quote request
- Before / after gallery
- Payments & deposits
- Service-area pages
- Staff profiles
- Reviews & trust
Every one of these is drawn from the same library used on every Caimward build. That is why the work is quick and the price is predictable.
The decisions
Why it is laid out this way.
The deadline is the headline
The hero leads with 1 January 2027, not with a photograph of a lawn. When a customer is on a statutory clock, the date is the most persuasive thing on the page.
Rebate maths before price
The conversion looks expensive until you know the rebate is approved before the work starts. That explanation sits above the quote form, because it is what turns a flinch into an enquiry.
Before and after is the product
In this trade the gallery is not decoration, it is the objection handler. Every owner privately fears it will look like a gravel pit.
