Tell us what's not working.

No form with eleven fields. Send an email, say what is broken, and you will get a straight answer about whether we can help.

What to send

Four things, and we can quote you.

  1. What you do and where

The trade, and the parts of the valley you actually serve.

  2. What is broken

No site, an old site, a site that gets visitors who never call — they are different problems.

  3. What a job is worth

Roughly. It decides what is worth building and what is not.

  4. Your current site, if any

Just the address. We will look before we reply.

What happens next

You get a real reply
From a person, usually within one business day. If we are not a fit, we will say so and tell you what to look for instead.
A twenty minute call
We ask about the business, not about your feelings on colour schemes. You will leave knowing what you need.
A written proposal
Fixed scope, fixed price, a start date and a launch date. Nothing begins until you have signed it.
No pressure and no retainer to talk
We are not going to chase you. If the timing is wrong, tell us and we will leave you alone.

Before you write

We are a fit if all four of these are true.

  • You serve a geography, not the whole internet
  • One person can say yes — you are not selling this through a committee
  • You sell appointments, enrolments or jobs, not products at scale
  • You are losing money to your online presence and you know it

If one of those is off, write anyway and say which. Sometimes it still works. We will be honest either way.
