1. Who these apply to

These terms are between you and Caimward LLC and apply to your use of caimward.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

2. This site is not an offer or an agreement

Nothing on this site is a contract, a quote, or an offer capable of acceptance. Prices are never published here. Client work is governed exclusively by a signed Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work. Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.

3. The demonstrations are fictional

The Work section contains demonstration builds for businesses that do not exist. Every name, review, photograph, price, licence number and telephone number in them is invented. Phone numbers use the 555-01xx range reserved for fiction. They are not case studies, they are not evidence of results, and no outcome shown in them has occurred.

Where real work is shown it is labelled as real and published with the owner's permission.

4. No guaranteed results

We do not promise search rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, conversion rates or revenue, on this site or anywhere else. Search engines, advertising platforms and directories are controlled by third parties and change without notice. Anything we say about typical outcomes is an opinion, not a commitment.

5. Our material

The text, design, code, component library, brand name and the Encircled C mark on this site belong to Caimward LLC. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy the code or the component library, resell it, or present our work as yours.

6. Links out

Links to other sites are provided because we think they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

7. The site is provided as is

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, Caimward LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of this site.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site unlawfully, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, and do not submit anything through our contact form that is unlawful or that you have no right to send.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you use the site.
