Who we are

What this policy covers

This covers caimward.com — this website. It does not cover the websites we build and run for clients; each of those has its own policy, and the client, not Caimward, is the controller of the data collected there.

What we collect

When you use the site

• Aggregate analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It records page views, referrers, country and general device type. It does not use a client-side state identifier and does not track you across sites.
• Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records standard request data including IP address, for security and abuse prevention.

When you contact us

• Whatever you send us: name, business name, email, phone, your website address and your message. Our contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, which relays the submission to our inbox. Email is handled by Microsoft 365.
• We keep enquiries for as long as there is a live conversation, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. Ask and we will delete yours sooner.

What we do not do

• We do not set cookies on this site. That is why there is no consent banner.
• We do not run advertising or marketing trackers here.
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We never have and we do not intend to.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the business: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, analytics), Web3Forms (contact form delivery) and Microsoft 365 (email). Each processes data on our instruction. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Your rights

Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@caimward.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Nevada residents

Nevada law (NRS 603A.340) gives you the right to tell a website operator not to sell your covered information. We do not sell it in any case, but you may submit a verified request to hello@caimward.com and we will confirm in writing.

California residents

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may still request access or deletion at the address above, and we will not discriminate against you for asking.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Credentials are held in a password manager with multi-factor authentication. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where it affects an active client, tell you directly rather than expecting you to re-read the page.
