Lone Mountain Auto Works

Booking-first layout for a trade where the customer cannot be told the price up front.

The brief

What this business needed.

An independent shop in the northwest valley, competing against dealer service departments on one side and chains on the other. The work was never the problem — the trade's reputation is. Customers arrive expecting to be upsold, and the shop's real advantage, that it publishes its labour rate and will not touch a car without written approval, was invisible on a site that led with a photograph of a workshop floor. We rebuilt the whole presence — identity and colour, the booking flow, the payment and approval path, and the local-search pages that make a nearby driver find them instead of a chain.

Components configured

  • Booking & scheduling
  • Payments & deposits
  • Before & after gallery
  • Staff profiles
  • Reviews & trust
  • Service-area pages

Every one of these is drawn from the same library used on every Caimward build. That is why the work is quick and the price is predictable.

The decisions

Why it is laid out this way.

The gallery is evidence, not a portfolio

A photograph of a repaired brake caliper sells nothing. So the gallery here is the measurement that justifies the estimate — the pad against the gauge, in the bay, before the work — and one job the customer declined. Vista Med Spa's gallery is the product; this one is the receipt.

Booking is a bay, not a callback

The customer picks drop-off, wait or overnight at the point of booking, because that decides which bay and which technician. A shop with four lifts has a capacity problem, and treating it like a lead form is how the schedule falls apart.

The estimate is the product

Everything above the fold is about the moment the price is agreed. That is the transaction the customer is actually anxious about, and no template in this trade goes near it.

Your business is not this business.

Which is the point — the components are shared, the configuration is not. Tell us how yours actually works and we will show you what changes.
