Music school & studio · Complete build

Fremont Sound Co.

Three products in one business — lessons, studio hire and a paid video library.

The brief

What this business needed.

Three businesses wearing one name. Lessons are a local enrolment business. Studio hire is a local booking business. The video library is neither — it is a digital product with a global audience, and it was the part the owner was most excited about and least able to price. The old site sold lessons and mentioned the studio in a sentence.

Components configured

  • Class enrolment
  • Booking / scheduling
  • Paid content library
  • Payments & deposits
  • Staff profiles
  • Reviews & trust

Every one of these is drawn from the same library used on every Caimward build. That is why the work is quick and the price is predictable.

The decisions

Why it is laid out this way.

Three products, three paths

Lessons, studio time and the library each get their own entry point from the top nav. A parent enrolling a nine-year-old and a band booking a Wednesday should never have to read past each other.

The free channel is the funnel

YouTube stays free and does the marketing. The paid library holds the material that is too long or too specific for an algorithm. Confusing those two is how music businesses give away the thing they should sell.

Membership and one-off, side by side

Some people subscribe, most never will. Showing both means the visitor who wants one specific lesson is not lost to a subscription wall.

Your business is not this business.

Which is the point — the components are shared, the configuration is not. Tell us how yours actually works and we will show you what changes.
