Dance studio · Growth build
Cadence Dance Collective
Enrolment-first layout built around a term calendar and a parent who decides in ninety seconds.
The brief
What this business needed.
A studio running term-based classes for children aged three to sixteen. Enrolment happens in two short windows a year, decided almost entirely by parents on phones between other errands. The old site had a PDF schedule, a printable form, and a cheque made out to the owner's married name.
Components configured
- Class enrolment
- Payments & deposits
- Staff profiles
- Before / after gallery
- Reviews & trust
Every one of these is drawn from the same library used on every Caimward build. That is why the work is quick and the price is predictable.
The decisions
Why it is laid out this way.
Enrolment before philosophy
The class finder is above everything. Parents want to know whether Tuesday at four has space, not why dance matters.
Deposit at enrolment
Cards on file and a deposit at sign-up. It cut no-shows and ended the cheque-chasing at the start of every term.
Faces, not stock
Every teacher has a photo and two sentences. Parents are choosing a person to leave their child with.
Your business is not this business.
Which is the point — the components are shared, the configuration is not. Tell us how yours actually works and we will show you what changes.
